Happy New Year, everyone. It is fantastic to be back with you. And, you know, as we do these Facebook lives over the years, I always think back to how impressed I am with this profession and how much growth we have. Listen, this is 130 years of chiropractic success that we're going to be celebrating. And this entire year is going to be filled with.

The most epic moments that I think the chiropractic profession has ever seen. So stay with me. This is going to be a rock and roll year. And we have a lot to get through today. That's going to really kickstart your year. We're going to be building a powerful marketing plan for 2025. Now, as we always say, it's about being grateful and I want you to think about how you spend your money.

In this year, 2025, when you start looking at what am I going to invest in, start looking at some of these companies because they're investing in you. And I think if someone takes the time, puts their treasures and their wisdom into this profession, let's support them. As we go through, I promise you I am so excited. It's 130 years of excitement. This is a moment for us to really be able to capture the moments that are ahead by doing the best we can with all of the research that we have. So what does that mean? It means when we kickstart this year off with marketing materials, I want you to feel confident that you have what you need when you need it.
But how would you know? That's why you're here with me today. So three areas of key marketing strategies that I want you to think about. Bring your staff with you. This is a journey for everyone. You can't just say, look, Go treat the patient to a CA. You have to be able to walk the walk and talk the talk with the staff.
And if you don't know all of the pieces that are going on in your office, I will say the one quote that comes to mind is, When the cat's away, the mice will play. So be there, be with them and be aware of what's going to be going on in your marketing strategy because it's more than just bringing in new patients.
It's changing the world. And how we do that is through education. That's content marketing. We have educational resources and podcasts and video content that you want to get up. every month. Then there's social media. What does that look like? We've got infographics and videos that you can put out that are going to be helpful for you to just get out on the social media vibe.
And you need to be active on social media platforms. There's a lot of, of dissent for people that are, Oh, my practice is going well. I don't need to be out in social media. The truth is, If you're doing well, help the other people that need to be educating and building their practice as well, because the more you put out there, the better the world is going to know about chiropractic.
And I'm hoping, even if your practice is going fantastically well, you're still doing your email marketing. You're still getting newsletters out to your patients. Maybe you're using the text format for some of your patients to jump in and get started. These are important pieces and a lot of patients want to touch base with you throughout the month.
If you said to your patient that came today, I'd like to add you to our text list. It's a once a month and I promise it'll be full, chocked full of things that are going to be helpful to you. Dimes to dollars. They're going to say, yes, sign me up. So I want to make sure that you know where the information is.
Content marketing is a piece where we can now educate the, the community by a different medium every single day. If you choose to, you can get what happens during a chiropractic adjustment out into the ethos, because many people don't know. And in fact, when you don't understand something, Tendency is you're going to fear it.
So educate them so you can bring down the fear. Podcasts are fun, and you know we have adjusted reality. It's trusted by the adjusted, and we're growing. We grew three times in one year. Three times the growth! How would that feel if that was your practice? That's where you want to be in 2025. Let's make this your banner year.
Even if you've been practicing for 30 years, this is your year. Have some fun with it. And we have commercials you'll see at the top left hand corner. Those are pickleball commercials. You hopefully will be inspiring your patients to be moving. Because we know movement is the spice of life. What doesn't grow, grow, dies.
And we know that chiropractic is all about movement. So the next piece is going to be our social media. How often are you going to post? And I think this is a very decisive piece for you in 2025. There's no right decision. Okay. Oftentimes we think, Oh, this is the right decision. But oftentimes instead of, thinking about did I make the right decision?
How about you decide that the decision you made is right? What's right for your practice? And as you grow throughout the year, maybe you start with once a week, or maybe it's once every two weeks, you start putting out more and more and more. Maybe you do a Facebook Live with your patients. So think about what's right for you.
But listen, we have social media content. That is fantastic for you to get out into your community and you don't want to be recreating this. Trust me, that, that to me is a waste of time and you have no time to waste. So as we move into our text via email newsletters or maybe texting your patients, these are some things that I think are going to be really helpful.
This book, White Paper, just dropped. Actually it's, pardon me, it's a new e book. And it's called Beyond Back Pain. And this is the ebook that we wanted to start the year off because a lot of people are getting into their new year's resolutions and they want to be successful. Well, there's a way beyond people thinking about back pain and that's why we called it Beyond Back Pain.
This is, yes, some of them are going to be suffering, but let's go beyond that. What is the holistic approach? to Optimal Health. And this ebook really walks them through what the body does and how important it is to find the exercise, the diet, the daily habits. And then when you share this ebook, they know better, so they'll do better.
Then you want to click in some fun, you know, you can share commercials with them and that will help them think about, well, Playing pickleball is probably something I've not tried, or if they're a golf advocate, they would never think that you could improve their golf swing. Or, many of them won't even know that the number one injury in golf is low back pain.
So we gotta educate. Now, some of you out there haven't logged in in a very long time, and that's okay. Super easy, f4cp. org. You look into the right corner, it'll say log in, you put your email address in, you can forget password, and it'll pop back to you, an email, so you're, you're in. Okay, now you're in, and here is the way to use the membership.
This is a short video that you can walk, watch with your staff, and I encourage you to use it because we give you tips. and different tricks to maximize your algorithms, and we want you to see the variety of information out there. So if you want to start the new year off right, get the information that you need, and make sure your staff is with you on how to utilize this material.
One of the pieces that I often get compliments on is the roadmap. How simple. It's called the Roadmap It's because it is telling you the direction you need to go throughout the month. It's simple. It's laid out. And when you start using the roadmap, it's like, Already done and so easy. You click the buttons, your staff's on top of it.
They could use Hootsuite and actually start putting in the calendar what they want to go out when they want to go out. So look at these different pieces that you can jump into our social media and find out what, what is Hootsuite and why would I use it? Don't worry, it's all laid out. You have questions.
We have fantastic marketing people working for us that will be able to walk you and your staff through. So one of the fall prevention graphics is really key because in January, we know people, especially our aging adults want to get out. They want to take on a new product of potentially a Fitbit or an, an Apple watch fitness.
That new product will encourage them to get active, which is great, but we also want to ensure. that we don't have our aging adults with a balance problem, a strength problem, a flexibility problem, or even a mobility problem. So we want to have these discussions because unfortunately, as our aging population is, unaware, then unfortunate things happen and a fall can be a very tragic outcome.
So let's get back in there. Now I mentioned the beyond the back pain. I just want to set you up so you know it's coming next month and that is our tackling toxic load. What does that mean? Well, having something that actually shows, and you just saw in the news a few days back that they're starting to get rid of red dye from our food products.
Interesting that approximately. 15 years ago, they got rid of it in makeup that you put on your face, yet we're still ingesting it. So what is this toxic load? What is the politics behind all of the things that are going on? We got you. We want the consumer to be aware, look at the labels, be able to have an opportunity to have a discussion with you.
And that's why we want to make sure that when you get these eBooks, Read them, read them with your staff, ensure that they can be, just the cover be printed out and ask your, your staff, put this on a plastic upholder on the front desk, and if patients want this information, boom, you can send it to them right there.
So no, no papers in the office, keep it clean and make sure that you get it to them because once they get a link to it, maybe it's a text, they can share it with their friends and family. So, it's a new year, it's a brand new opportunity to kickstart your practice, but I also want to let you know that the foundation is working with you and for you.
So I want to give you some updates that I think will be fun to listen to. How do you know your practice is succeeding? You know, because people come to you, that's your award. Well, in marketing, we don't have patients coming to us per se in our office, but we do win awards. So I want to share with you our 2024 overview of achievements.
Number one, adjusted reality is now in 118 countries. So it's being picked up across the globe. That's pretty epic. And it's because we have a following now that people want to listen to chiropractic. They want to hear, you know, the latest Olympic athlete or a world series baseball player. What happened in his life and how did he end up being part of the chiropractic community and loving his chiropractor?
There is a chiro thon. Listen, chiro thon is a way to celebrate educate and motivate consumers to see chiropractic as the first line approach to whole being care. And that is a word I'm going to use throughout the entire year. Whole being care. Because really wellness is or well being is actually a pinnacle mark of where you were or at the end.
Where you talk about whole being care, it's about the whole person and it's about now. So while you might be injured and sick, whole being care is taking care of you where you are. Wellness and well being leaves the people that feel left behind when you start talking about wellness because they're hurting and they don't want to hear the word wellness.
I'm hurting. Whole being care adopts and embraces everyone. Everyone, and you as a chiropractor, are the best person to really talk about whole being care. Listen, a surgeon doesn't have the ability to talk about whole being care, and yet, there's a book out called Good Energy, and she's a surgeon. She had no experience in 30 years that you may have.
With whole being care. So let's get this message out big, bold, and beautiful as we say, you know, the awards are real. I'm going to share more about that. But you know, the nice part is we're had over 100 articles. Think about that. Articles, local TV segments, publications, press releases. 100 times in this year.
Think about where we were. Without the foundation, those negative ads would probably still be there. Our promotion to whole being care probably wouldn't happen. And when I think about those new commercials that came out, and the career that we're trying to build for our youth. A better lifestyle through chiropractic?
Becoming a chiropractor? Or pickleball, golf, or rodeo? I love that we're making progress and we're making it together. So these awards that we win, I think they're It's almost epic because it kind of showcases the ability for us to have an aspect of building out our our education. So we won an HDMN Gold Award for that was for our professional soccer.
With Olivia Athens, if you haven't seen it, it's pretty epic. It's a FIFA World's Cup. And it, we won the Healthcare Digital Gold and it's the second award won for that commercial. And if you remember that commercial in November 2023, we also won the Marcom Gold Award for it. These are distinguished awards.
We, we won a Gold Aramis Creative Award for our social media. So, You know, ask yourself, is our social media up to par? I don't know anyone else in the profession winning these types of awards. We won one for our monthly progress updates. We won one for the Silver Stevie award, which to me is, I mean, that to me was one of the most.
Exciting awards say the community of business and nonprofits come together and they nominate you. And through the foundation, it was an honor to accept that award. It was an honor to be part of that experience, but I want you to recognize that these commercials are for you and for your practice in getting patients excited.
Now, oftentimes I find myself in a movie theater and I see the pharmaceutical ads that are coming through and it's painful. I really cringe when I see an Ozempic ad when I'm about to watch a movie or a trailer. So, the Michigan Association of Chiropractors actually did a holiday commercial. It was amazing.
They got over 100 plus theaters to, to recognize and, and put out a an advertisement for chiropractic. Isn't that cool? So you go to a holiday movie and the trailer is about whole being care and what Chiropractic offers. And they did an epic job. They got hundreds and hundreds of comments back. And I think it's part of what we do.
You know, we, we host billboards. We, we do train wraps. We've done lots of front cover news articles and digital Google ads. But I think if we get creative and we have this kind of fun, it just shows that chiropractic is winning on a grand scale. And as one of my friends had said, when you get excited about what you're doing, it shows.
And I couldn't be more excited because 2025 is our banner year and Chirothon is going to be held at the Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City. So if you want to have some fun in May, come join us. In, in the event is going to be just amazing. However, this is not. Just for New Jersey, although they have gratefully, you know, took on a roon.
This is about everyone. Listen, last year we had 286,000 people join us during Roon. That's pretty amazing. And would you help us grow? Would you mark this on your calendar? May 16th and 17th to join Caron, the guest, epic. And I'm telling you, this is how we educate. We support the greatest profession on earth.

A lot of our corporate sponsors join and they stream it on their sites. ChiroSecure streams it on their site. More people willing to share it on their Facebook.

are amazing. On the right side, you have Jasmine Parris, the first and only woman to ever complete the Barclays Felrunner. And, and her story is amazing. It's, it's fun. Then you have Dr. Nick Athens, who just dropped his book last year, too. It's a, it's a story about How Dr. Nick was on those fields to be able to treat the NFL, and as you know, he was the chiropractor for the San Francisco Giants, and Joe Montana was the one that he ran to on the field to help out.
And that was a mark in the eighties that will never be forgotten. But you know, we've got rodeo stars, we've got Alzheimer's, we've got Dr. Pompa. I mean, Dr. Pompa has millions of followers and joining us to share where he's been. What's his story? How did he end up in chiropractic? What changed him and how did he make a difference in the world?
Listen, these are stories that have to be shared. On the far left side, you're going to see Dr. Kira Bowmanett. And she is the top best selling Forbes book and Unstoppable Brain is her book. And I highly encourage every chiropractor dive deep into what's happening to the brain because we know what neuroplasticity means.
And speaking of neuroplasticity, that's going to be in chapter five under the adjustment in the Forbes book that's ready to launch. So set your calendars, October 14th. 2025. That's a moment not to forget because it will mark 130 years. Will we get a fun relatable story out? called Adjusted Reality.
